Schlafbeere – Nebenwirkungen

Im Rahmen klinischer Interventionsstudien sind keine Nebenwirkungen aufgetreten und die verwendeten Extrakte aus Blättern und Wurzeln wurden von den Teilnehmern gut vertragen [1-5].

Entsprechend der Angaben der WHO (World Health Organization) kann die Einnahme der Schlafbeere zu Übelkeit, Erbrechen und Durchfall führen [6].
